Payments must be made by 4:00 P.M. on the Tuesday immediately following the sale.


Purchases are subject to New York State sales tax. If you are a dealer and have a New York State tax exemption identification number please present it at registration at the preview or day of sale. You will be required to fill out the tax exemption form. If you are phone or absentee bidding then please mail, email or fax this information.

All purchases must be picked up within 5 business days following the auction. Items left after this time will be sent to an independent storage facility which will bill the buyer accordingly.
